At Publishme AI, we believe the author is always the hero. AI is a creative sidekick — a tool to help you write better, faster, and with more confidence. These guidelines explain how AI works on our platform and what we expect from users.

AI Score & Transparency

Every document has an AI Score — the percentage of words generated by AI versus written by you. We track this to encourage authentic authorship and help you stay aware of your creative contribution.

We alert you when AI Score exceeds 50%.
You must acknowledge the alert to continue.
If you publish, you are responsible for disclosing AI involvement to publishers or platforms that require it.

What AI Can Do

Generate story continuations, scenes, and dialogue
Rewrite, expand, or condense your text
Suggest grammar, style, and structural improvements
Help brainstorm plots, characters, and world elements
Analyse pacing, tension, and narrative structure

What AI Cannot Guarantee

Originality: AI may produce text similar to existing works. Always review outputs.
Factual accuracy: AI can hallucinate facts. Verify any research-based content.
Consistency: AI does not have perfect memory across sessions. Use project context settings to improve consistency.
Legal compliance: AI-generated content may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material.

Plagiarism

We run plagiarism checks on your content. If a score exceeds 10%, you will be warned. Publishing plagiarised content is at your own risk. We are not liable for any legal or reputational consequences.

NSFW Content

NSFW content generation is available as an opt-in toggle at the project level for eligible accounts. You are responsible for ensuring NSFW content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the platform you publish to.

Data & AI Training

We do not use your stories or writing to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your content is processed only to provide the service to you.

Responsible Use

You agree not to use AI features to generate content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, or in violation of our Terms of Service. Misuse may result in account suspension.
